PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery hairdressing agent exhibiting the effects of precisely being coated on the position to be fixed while suppressing the scattering at coating, and further exhibiting the effects of enabling the hair to be fixed without greasy feeling, providing natural feeling after the hairdressing, and enabling the hair to be re-fixed.SOLUTION: The powdery hairdressing agent includes a hydrophobic powder, water and a polyhydric alcohol.
