The present invention relates to screening for compounds that disrupt the Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis) inositol phosphate binding site and compounds identified as inhibitors of the Mycobacterial inositol phosphate binding site. In certain embodiments, the invention also relates more generally to screening for and identifying inhibitors of PIPS, and in particular to inhibitors of M. tuberculosis PIPS.La présente invention concerne la recherche par criblage de composés qui perturbent le site de liaison du phosphate d'inositol de Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis) et de composés identifiés comme inhibiteurs du site de liaison du phosphate d'inositol mycobactérien. Dans certains modes de réalisation, l'invention concerne également plus généralement la recherche par criblage et l'identification d'inhibiteurs du PIPS, et en particulier des inhibiteurs du PIPS de M. tuberculosis.
