The reflection member has a reflection part and a reflection region and the reflection part is provided with: a first reflection part (12) for reflecting, to the irradiation member, the radiation light traveling from the tangent line toward the opposite side of the side of the irradiation member that is close to the subject to be irradiated； and a second reflection part (13) for reflecting, to the first reflection part, the radiation light traveling from the tangent line toward the subject to be irradiated.
