PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch for hands convenient for adhering to hands with little uncomfortable sense during use.SOLUTION: The patch for hands includes a support and a water containing adhesive agent layer formed on one side of the support in a nearly rectangular shape with the ratio of long direction length L1 to short direction length L2 being L2/L1=0.5 to 0.7. A thumb insertion part is formed in the region of 2/3 to 3/4 of the long direction length L1 from the border in one of the long directions.
