The invention provides a pharmaceutical composition fortreatment of a histamine-induced disease, wherein thecomposition comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier ordiluent and diaminooxidase, wherein the composition is providedin a gastric-acid-protected dosage form for oral or peroraladministration. The composition may be used to treat ahistamine-induced clinical symptom, urticaria, atopicdermatitis, or scombrotoxism； or for removing histamine from agastro-intestinal tract.
