Provided are a multi-functional fusion polypeptide, a preparation method thereof, and an application of same. The polypeptide incorporates functional domains of Pro-(D-Pyr)-(D-Cys)-Bip-Arg-Gly-Glu, Ile-Val-Arg-Arg-Ala-Asp-Arg-Ala-Ala-Val-Pro, Arg-Gly-Asp, and Gly-Gly-Gly-Gly. In a pulmonary fibrosis cell model, the polypeptide reduced the concentration of a hydroxyproline in a cell of a model group and suppressed the progression of pulmonary fibrosis. In an MTT assay, the polypeptide suppressed human tumor cell proliferation.
