The present invention relates to a thermosensitive injectable chitosan hydrogel. Genipin (a natural crosslinking agent) crosslinked natural cationic polysaccharide chitosan is used to prepare the product, which is a solution when the temperature is below 25°C and becomes a thermosensitive injectable hydrogel in an hour when the temperature is warmed up to 28-42 °C. The prepared hydrogel can be used as a drug carrier or a tissue engineering scaffold.La présente invention concerne un hydrogel de chitosane injectable thermosensible.
