<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment device used within inner organic ducts, the device being excellent in its workability including the transportation or administration of treatment medicines or materials through the inner organic ducts, and available at low costs. <;P>;SOLUTION: The treatment device used to work within inner organic ducts is characterized by comprising a tubular part, an expandable balloon provided at the outer circumferential surface of the tubular part and a means to swell or shrink the balloon.
