PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meat gap processing method capable of forming gaps to meat more precisely and finely, with equal intervals and suppressing processing cost increase, and meat having gaps.SOLUTION: A processing device 1 comprising: a transport belt 14 for transporting meat X and a press-cutting blade 10 which can reciprocate vertically on the transport belt 14, is used.
