PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for transmitting rotational driving power capable of improving output efficiency by reducing a load on a motor or the like and saving energy required for input of power consumption or the like.SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for transmitting rotational driving power is provided with a rotor 110, which is rotated with an output shaft 111 as an approximate center as a pair of first input gears 109a, 109b is rotated and accordingly a pair of outer gears 104a, 104b, a pair of second middle gears 103a, 103b, and a pair of first middle gears 102a, 102b revolve around a fixed gear in such a manner that each pair is revolved integrally.
