The present disclosure provides a method of preventing and/or treating liver disease, wherein a patient in need thereof is treated with an inhibitor of apoptosis signal-regulating kinase 1 (ASK1), an acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC) inhibitor and farnesoid X. A method comprising administering in combination with a receptor (FXR) agonist.
