Disclosed is a silk hydrogel composition comprising 0.01-30 wt% of silk fibroin powder and 0.01-10 wt% of urea based on the total weight of the composition. According to the present disclosure, it is possible to increase the solubility of a silk fibroin material and to carry out gelling in a short time, thereby allowing a continuous process. In addition, the silk hydrogel composition may be packaged directly after cutting to avoid a need for additional processes, thereby enhancing production safety and efficiency. Further, the silk hydrogel composition of the present disclosure shows high strength and adhesion, is controllable in moisture emission rate, reduces skin irritation by virtue of the use of a silk material having high affinity to the human body, is effective in terms of moisture content, moisturizing activity, exfoliation, brightening and flush reduction, and thus may be useful for cosmetic masks.本文揭示一種絲質水凝膠組成物，該組成物包括基於該組成物之總重量的0.01-30重量%之絲蛋白粉及0.01-10重量%之尿素。根據本揭示案，可提高絲蛋白材料之溶解度及在短時間內實施膠凝，由此容許連續製程。此外，絲質水凝膠組成物可在切割之後直接封裝以避免對額外製程之需要，由此增強製作安全性及效率。此外，本揭示案之絲質水凝膠組成物呈現高強度及高附著性，可控制水分釋放速率，憑藉使用對人體具有高親和性之絲質材料而減少皮膚刺激，在含水量、保濕活性、去角質、提亮膚色，及減輕面部發紅方面有效，由此可用於化妝面膜。
