PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a solid powder cosmetic which can reduce burrs attached to an inner peripheral surface of a container to make the appearance good, and which can improve production efficiency.SOLUTION: A method for producing a solid powder cosmetic comprises a temporarily compacting step of subjecting a cosmetic C to a press treatment so that the height of an outer edge of the cosmetic C becomes lower than the height of an inner peripheral surface of a frame 31 of a metal pattern 3 by dropping down a temporarily compacting press head 41 which has a press face 411 compacting the cosmetic C, a peripheral face 412 fitting into the inner peripheral surface of the frame 31 of the metal pattern 3, and a cyclic projection 413 formed so as to project toward the side of the metal pattern 3 while being formed in the press face 411 so as to include the peripheral face 412 and a final compacting step of subjecting a temporarily compacted cosmetic to a press treatment by dropping down a final compacting press head which has the press face planarly formed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】容器の内周面に付着するバリを低減して外観を良好にすることができ、製造効率を向上させることができる固形粉末化粧料の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】固形粉末化粧料の製造方法は、化粧料Cを打型するプレス面411と、金型3の枠状部31の内周面に嵌合する外周面412と、外周面412を含むようにしてプレス面411に形成されるとともに、金型3側に向かって突出するようにして形成された環状の突出部413とを有する仮打型用プレスヘッド41を下降させることによって、金型3の枠状部31の内周面の高さよりも化粧料Cの外縁の高さが低くなるように化粧料Cに対してプレス処理を施して仮打型する仮打型ステップと、平面状に形成されたプレス面を有する本打型用プレスヘッドを下降させることによって、仮打型された化粧料に対してプレス処理を施して本打型する本打型ステップとを備える。【選択図】図5
