The present invention relates to a surgical single port easy to extract extractions, which opens a cut part of a tube through a sealing unit to discharge the extractions, generated during surgery, to the outside, and closes the opened sealing unit to prevent gas from arbitrarily being discharged through the cut part of the tube and simultaneously to prevent foreign materials from being arbitrarily intruded through the cut part in the case that the surgery continues to be performed, thereby realizing safe surgery by easily extracting the extractions, and reducing surgery time.
