An electro-stimulating device (1) comprises a support (20) which is worn ON parts of the human body including joint-bridging muscles (61, 62 and 71) which are muscles that bridge between joints. The support (20) is provided with a plurality of electrode sections (31-33) for applying electric current to joint bridging muscles (61, 62 and 71). A first electrode section (31) and a second electrode section (32) are provided so as to correspond with the joint bridging muscle of the thigh (60), and a third electrode section (33) is provided so as to correspond with the joint bridging muscle of the lower leg (70).
