PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-stimulating device which achieves both of the fixation of a joint and the suppression of decrease of muscular strength.SOLUTION: The electro-stimulating device comprises a support 20 which is worn on parts of a human body including joint-bridging muscles which are muscles that bridge between joints. The support 20 is provided with a plurality of electrode sections 31-33 for applying electric current to joint bridging muscles.
