PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee supporter capable of preventing its upper edge from slipping down without fastening an upper thigh of a wearer.SOLUTION: A knee supporter 10 includes: a knee covering part 11 for covering a knee of the wearer a cylindrical lower thigh fastening part 12 for fastening an upper portion of the lower thigh of the wearer and a cylindrical upper thigh covering part 13 for covering a lower portion of the upper thigh of the wearer. A lower edge width w0 of the upper thigh covering part in a flat shape is 10 cm or more, and a minimum height h0 of the upper thigh covering part in a flat shape is 5 cm or more. At the same time, the upper thigh covering part has a free-standing structure where it stands independently against the gravity so that the upper thigh covering part when worn does not slip down without fastening the lower portion of the upper thigh of the wearer. Preferably, an above-knee fastening part 14 for fastening an above-knee part of the wearer is provided between the knee covering part and the upper thigh covering part. Preferably, the upper thigh covering part is formed in a tapered shape so that its diameter gets larger as it approaches the upper edge, and also is formed by fulled texture.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】着用者の上腿を締め付けることなく、上縁のずれ落ちを防止することのできる膝サポータを提供する。【解決手段】膝サポータ10を、着用者の膝を覆うための膝被覆部11と、着用者の下腿上部を締め付けるための筒状の下腿締付部12と、着用者の上腿下部を覆うための筒状の上腿被覆部13とを備えたものとし、上腿被覆部の平坦時下縁幅w0を10cm以上として、上腿被覆部の平坦時最小高さh0を5cm以上とするとともに、上腿被覆部を、重力に逆らって自立する自立構造を有するものとすることより、着用時に上腿被覆部が着用者の上腿下部を締め付けないで下側へずれ落ちないようにした。膝被覆部と上腿被覆部の間には、着用者の膝上を締め付けるための膝上締付部14を設けると好ましい。上腿被覆部は、その上端に近づくに連れて径が大きくなるようテーパー状に形成すると好ましく、縮絨加工の施された生地で形成すると好ましい。【選択図】図2
