The positioning screen platform can easily decide the correct position of orthodontic implant after taking parallel x-ray and comparing the positioning screen platform in the mouth My guiding device (removable or fixed type) consists of a circular end with saw-like cutting edge, which fits precisely into the correct unit of the previously mentioned positioning screen platform. The device serves to guide a drill or orthodontic implant into the platform precisely at a right angle.本發明是利用一種X光不透性材料，製作一個具有基本測量單位的立體網狀結構物，貼在欲植入矯正植體的石膏模型頰側或舌側牙齦上，利用樹脂或加成性矽膠印模材將其固定在牙齒咬合面上，在材料未硬化前，可先將x光持片器做平行x光照射法的預備、使其在材料上留下一個記號，將來x光檢查時就不易變位，等材料硬化後，可將其自石膏模型上取出置於患者的口腔中，經由平行x光照射法檢查後，可直接在x光片及患者口腔中度量兩齒間有多少空間，及決定欲植入植體的位置，一旦決定好位置，可以用基本測量單位或整倍數的基本測量單位尺寸的套筒置於網狀結構物上，引導植體或鑽子以直角的方向順著套筒正確地進入兩牙齒之間的齒糟骨。
