Disclosed is a CPAP patient interface used for treatment of sleep disordered breathing with improved comfort, the patient interface comprising a cushion region adapted to form a seal with a patient’s face, at least a portion of the cushion region including textile that is coated or sealed to create an air impermeable seal； a central portion provided to the cushion region and defining a breathing chamber, the central portion including textile； and a headgear region including straps adapted to maintain the cushion region in position on the patient’s face. The cushion region includes one or more selected regions that are coated to create air impermeable regions for sealing, the cushion region includes a sealing surface along its perimeter, the sealing surface having a convex shape which is adapted to form a seal with a patient’s face, and one or more regions that are uncoated to create air permeable regions for venting. The central portion is laminated or sealed. The headgear region includes textile in a one-piece construction with the central portion. A tube connector is provided to the cushion region and adapted to communicate with air delivery tubing.
