PURPOSE: A groove forming device around a ridge between rice fields of a spot-seeder is provided to form grooves which drain water around seeds in edges of the ridge between rice fields. CONSTITUTION: A groove forming device around a ridge between rice fields of a spot-seeder comprises a frame assembly(10), a plurality of seeding machines(20), ridging plates(30), and a plurality of groove forming devices for draining. The frame assembly is arranged in the back of vehicle in a width of the vehicle direction. The frame assembly is pivotally combined in the back end of the vehicle, and is formed with a horizontal frame and a longitudinal frame. The plurality of seeding machines is installed in the horizontal frame of the frame assembly leaving predetermined intervals. The ridging plate evens the seeding soil and forms seeding grooves in a vehicle driving direction. The groove forming devices for draining are combined with the ridging plate.
