PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ridge-forming device that secures a groove bottom width while being the simple ridge-forming device, and besides, can tighten a slope face.SOLUTION: A ridge-forming device 70 is configured such that a bottom surface of a groove of a ridge spacing and a slope face of a ridge are shaped using a lower side and a side end edge of an elastic bendable shaping plate 74 moving on the trail tilled by a tilling device 10, and also includes a plate-like support frame 73 for supporting the shaping plate 74 at the downstream side in the traveling direction of the shaping plate 74. A lateral direction mid-plane 73a perpendicular to the moving direction is provided in the support frame 73. The mid-plane 73a is wide at the side of a lower side and narrow at the side of an upper side. The lower side of the shaping plate 74 shapes the bottom surface of the groove. Both side planes 73b inclined to the downstream side in the moving direction as becoming outside are provided in both outer sides of the mid-plane 73a perpendicular to the moving direction of the support frame 73.
