A circular stapling instrument comprising: a reciprocating barrel having an engaging member at the tip of a reciprocating barrel and a threaded adjusting element based on a reciprocating barrel； a trigger rod forming an engaging groove and having an engaging barrel forming an opening, through which the tip of the barrel of the reciprocating action passes； a handle with a trigger mechanism, forming a cavity, which includes the trigger rod and the barrel of the reciprocating of releasing action, the upper end of the trigger interacting with the engaging groove and detachably securing the trigger rod and the barrel of the reciprocating action in the cavity of the handle； the bearing cover that covers part of the trigger rod and the barrel of the reciprocating action, the barrel assembly, detachably connected to the handle. 2 . The circular stapling instrument according to claim 1, further comprising an assembly of a thrust plate detachably connected to the engaging member at the end of the reciprocating barrel. The circular stapling tool according to claim 1, wherein the carrier cover forms an opening through which the threaded portion of the handle passes. The circular stapling tool according to claim 1, wherein the barrel assembly has a connecting nut detachably connected to the threaded portion of the handle. The circular stapling tool according to claim 1, further comprising a button for closing the thrust plate detachably connected to the threaded adjustment element of the reciprocating barrel.
