PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for draining a cultivation bed, and stabilizing a time for watering a potted plant by nearly equalizing the draining amount always. SOLUTION: The shallow container-shaped cultivation bed (10) having side plates (12) at the periphery of a bottom plate (11) is formed, and a drainage-introducing part (14) protruded downward is formed in a part of the bottom plate (11). A circular drainage-introducing passage (18) having an upper face opened to the outer periphery of the drainage-introducing part (14), and a closed bottom face is formed by installing a drainage-regulating cylinder (15) having a closed upper face and a lower face opened to the outside, in the center part of the drainage-introducing part (14). A horizontal hole (16) in the horizontal direction, communicating with the lower part of the drainage-introducing passage (18) is formed in the drainage-regulating passage (15) to open the lower part of the drainage-introducing passage (18) to the outside through the horizontal hole (16).
