PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alkaline aqueous solution generator which does not generate hot poisonous gas when dissolving calcium hydroxide in water and reacting, capable of replacing a generating part together with a cassette, and returning to normal generation in a short time with ease.SOLUTION: An alkaline aqueous solution generator 1 comprises: a main body 2 a cassette part 3 for containing calcium hydroxide powder C and a pH adjusting part 4, where a water path 25 to introduce is provided at the pH adjusting part 4, the cassette part is detachable to the main body and provided detachably with a plurality of mounting plates 5 having water-passing holes inside, water permeable bag parts 6 filled with the calcium hydroxide powder are placed on the mounting plates, a bottom part of the cassette part also has a water passing hole 55, while contacting with the calcium hydroxide powder from a bottom part to upward, the introduced water is lead to the pH adjusting part through the water pass provided at the upper part of the cassette part, and the pH adjusting part adjusts to a predetermined pH by adding water newly to the generated alkaline aqueous solution to supply.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】水に水酸化カルシウムを溶解・反応する時に高熱、有毒ガスを発生することがなく、生成部はカセットごと交換でき、簡単に短時間で正常な生成に復帰できるアルカリ性水溶液の生成器を提供する。【解決手段】本体2と水酸化カルシウム粉Cを収納するカセット部3とPH調整部4とからなるアルカリ性水溶液生成器1でPH調整部4には導入する通水路25を設け、カセット部は本体に対して着脱自在で、内部は通水孔を有する複数の載置板5も着脱自在に複数段設け、載置板には通水性の袋部6に詰めた水酸化カルシウム粉を載置するとともに、カセット部の底部にも通水孔55を有し、導入された水は底部から上方に水酸化カルシウム粉に接触しつつ、カセット部の上部にはPH調整部に導く通水路を設け、PH調整部は生成されたアルカリ性水溶液に新たに水を加えることで所定のPHに調整して供給するアルカリ性水溶液生成器。【選択図】図1
