PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive preparation capable of improving adhesiveness of an adhesive layer by controlling property of an adhesive surface of the adhesive layer, and resultantly obtaining a property having difficulty in exfoliation/fallout from the skin even when being stuck onto the skin for long hours.SOLUTION: A physical property of the adhesive layer is controlled so that a contact angle between the adhesive surface of the adhesive layer of this adhesive preparation and a water drop becomes ≥106°.
