The present invention relates to a novel chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) comprising an antigen-binding fragment which binds specifically to PSMA antigen, and a method of manufacturing high-quality CAR T cell products bytransfectionand/or transduction of T cells therewith, which allows to eradicate tumors in vivoalone or in combination with pharmaceutical drugs, such chemotherapies, biopharmaceutical drugs, such as antibodies, or small-molecule drugs, such as protein kinase inhibitors.La présente invention concerne un nouveau récepteur d'antigène chimère (CAR) comprenant un fragment de liaison à l'antigène qui se lie spécifiquement à l'antigène PSMA, et un procédé de fabrication de produits de lymphocytes T CAR de haute qualité par transfection et transduction de lymphocytes T avec celui-ci, qui permet d'éradiquer des tumeurs in vivo seul ou en combinaison avec des médicaments pharmaceutiques, tels que des chimiothérapies, des médicaments biopharmaceutiques, tels que des anticorps, ou des médicaments à petites molécules, tels que des inhibiteurs de protéine kinase.
