PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a nerve function of an urinary organ or the like for frequent urination, urine leakage without being able to bear an urge to urinate, incontinence, urine dripping after urination and a feeling of residual urine or the like, to recover from muscle fatigue such as stiffness of the muscle fatigue, pains, spasms, cramp in a gastrocnemius muscle (calf) part, and to recover functions of the kidney and internal organs or the like, regardless of age and sex.SOLUTION: On the basis of a book on a vital point health management method of an oriental medicine as a reference, a foot vital point (acupuncture point) finger pressure band of a miniaturized health implement is manufactured. The finger pressure band is equipped with magnetic projections on an inner surface, is worn on the ankle and both side face parts of the ankle, gives stimulation urging flow of vital energy, blood circulation and blood flow through a lower limb part to the respective functional organs or the like of the whole body by a vital point (acupuncture point) circulation route, and repairs/recovers the functional organs.
