PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footrest-cum-standing/raising aid which prevents economy class syndrome, helps an aged person having insufficient exercise, mitigates heavy feeling of legs for a person who works on a chair for an extended time, while many people die of economy class syndrome when, in evacuation due to a disaster, people are forced to spend a long time in a narrow place such as a shelter and an automobile.SOLUTION: A rod of a hard light material is bent in an S shape that is long sideways to form a standing/raising aid, with a footrest attached to an upper stage. In the lower part of the aid, a few screw holes are drilled for the purpose of adjusting the height. A base is prepared that has screws for connecting to the S shaped aid and that has balls for performing acupressure on the sole of a foot. A cushioning material is wound around a crossbar which is for exercising a foot and for resting the arm in taking a nap on a sofa. When the footrest-cum-standing/raising aid is not in use, it serves as a hanger for a single kotatsu or a business suit, for example.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 災害で避難したとき、避難所や車中泊など狭い場所で長時間過ごす生活を強いられる。その為、エコノミック症候群になり命を落とす人も多い。 本発明は、エコノミック症候群の予防や、運動不足のお年寄り、椅子に長時間座って仕事をする人の足のだるさを緩和する足枕つかまり立ち杖を提供する。【解決手段】 固く軽い素材の棒を横長のS字形に曲げ、つかまり立ち杖にして、上段に足枕を付け、杖の下部に高さを調節するネジ穴を数個開け、S字形の杖と接続するためのネジと足裏を指圧する球が付いた台を設け、足の運動をする時や、ソファで仮眠するときに腕を乗せるための横棒に、クッション材を巻きつけ、使用しない時は、一人用のコタツや背広などを掛けて置くハンガーになる足枕つかまり立ち杖。【選択図】図1
