The present invention relates to an antibacterial composition and wet wipes containing the antibacterial composition and, more specifically, to an antibacterial composition, which contains 5-20 wt% of p-Anisic acid, 10-40 wt% of glycerin, 0.5-6 wt% of a base, 1-10 wt% of glycerin caprylic monoglyceride (CMG), and 30-50 wt% of water, and wet wipes containing the antibacterial composition.
