PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alcohol disinfectant having pH of weak acid to weak alkaline and less irritation to skin, capable of exhibiting efficient antivirus activity to non-envelope viruses such as enterovirus and adenovirus in a short time without heavy metal salt such as zinc salt.SOLUTION: There is provided a disinfectant having pH of 4 to 9 manufactured by adding 0.1 to 10% (w/v) of monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, diisopropanolamine, triethanolamine and diethyl amine in addition to 0.1 to 2% (w/v) of phosphoric acid and/or malic acid to 40 to 90% (v/v) of lower alcohol and further adding 0.1 to 2% (w/v) of a promotor such as sodium chloride and sodium iodide if needed.
