PURPOSE: A self generation heating system using an electric arc reactor is provided to supply 50% or more of the power needed for operating the electric arc reactor generating steam, through a self generation. CONSTITUTION: A self generation heating system comprises a reaction tank, a plurality of electrode rods, a power supply unit(20), a compression unit, a steam compression tank(110), a steam turbine(120), a generator(130), and a heat exchange unit(140). Solution is stored inside the reaction tank. The electrode rods generate the electric arc inside the solution. The power supply unit supplies the power to the electrode rods. The compression unit compresses the steam generated inside the reaction tank at a high pressure. The steam compression tank stores the steam of the high pressure compressed by the compression unit. The steam of the high pressure stored in the steam compression tank enters the steam turbine. The generator is connected to the rotary shaft of the steam turbine, produces the power and supplies the produced power to the power supply unit. The heat exchange unit produces warm water or steam using the steam discharged from the steam turbine.본 발명은 고온의 증기를 이용하여 토양을 소독하는 열처리 시스템을 개시한다. 본 발명의 토양 열처리 시스템은, 수용액의 내부에 전기아크를 발생시켜 증기를 생산하는 전기아크 반응장치와, 상기 전기아크 반응장치에서 생산된 수증기를 토양내부로 분사하는 분사관을 포함한다.본 발명에 따르면 대량의 증기 및 온수를 최소한의 비용으로 생산하여 대면적의 토양을 소독하거나 난방할 수 있으며, 이로 인해 농가의 비용부담이 크게 경감될 수 있다. 또한 고온의 증기소독으로 인해 토양내 해충이나 유해균이 효과적으로 사멸되고, 이 과정에서 공급되는 발효액으로 인해 토양의 발효가 촉진되므로 화학비료 등을 사용하지 않는 유기농 경작이 가능해져 농업생산성 및 경쟁력을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다.
