The present invention provides a wound guard capable of being worn on a joint, the guard comprising an outer surface (10) for protecting an wound from the outside zippers (40, 41) which are formed in a longitudinal direction of the outer surface (10) and combined with each other a folded part (30) which is formed in the longitudinal direction on the inner middle part of the outer surface (10) and shape memory alloys (50) which are formed on the inner surface of the outer surface (10) in a width direction at constant intervals, thereby forming not to contact the wound of a user with the outer surface (10). The present invention is diverged from a uniform use which simply protects wound using a bandage, and does not need to directly apply the bandage, thereby not damaging the wound area or skin around the wound and uses a guard which protects the wound, thereby enhancing use efficiency. Also, the present invention is reusable by being washed, thereby eliminating properties of a disposable product and has environment-friendly effects. Especially, the present invention easily attracts attention of others and can be protected from the outside, thereby increasing cure rate to enhance efficiency.
