The present invention relates to a fish cake cooling apparatus comprising: a cooling chamber a supply conveyor to guide hot fish cakes into the cooling chamber and a cooling means to cool the fish cakes by guiding the fish cakes guided through the supply conveyor from an upper part of the cooling chamber toward a lower part thereof in a zig-zag manner. The cooling means comprises a plurality of first cooling conveyors and a plurality of second cooling conveyors, and is disposed in multiple layers below the supply conveyor extended into the cooling chamber without interfering with each other, wherein the first cooling conveyors are disposed on odd-numbered layers with respect to the supply conveyor to horizontally transport the fish cakes to one side from the other side inside the cooling chamber, and the second cooling conveyors are disposed on even-numbered layers with respect to the supply conveyor to horizontally transport the fish cakes from one side of the cooling chamber to the other side thereof. Of the first cooling conveyors, a driving roller of the first cooling conveyor disposed on the uppermost end forms a fish cake guiding channel between driven rollers of the supply conveyor driving rollers of the other first cooling conveyors form other fish cake guiding channels between driven rollers of the second cooling conveyors disposed thereabove and driving rollers of the second cooling conveyors form yet other fish cake guiding channels between driven rollers of the first cooling conveyors disposed thereabove.
