PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information processor and a medical information processing program which can promote a user to confirm unread reports.SOLUTION: The medical information processor according to an embodiment includes a display control unit and a reading management. The display control unit displays a report which a first user, who read a medical image of a subject, prepared, in the display unit according to an input to a subject information image displayed in the display unit.
