The creation unit, when the three-dimensional medical image is rotated by the rotation operation, creates a figure indicating whether or not a movable unit of an X-ray diagnostic apparatus can reach at a position corresponding to the rotated direction of the three-dimensional medical image, on the basis of the direction of the three-dimensional medical image on the display unit before the rotation.
