PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic excellent in makeup sustainability, capable of improving feeling of use such as poor extensibility or sticky feeling, and also improving solubility to not only a silicone oil which is a nonpolar oil or a light paraffin but also a polar oil such as an ultraviolet absorber, an ester oil or a natural animal or plant oil, and having no sticky feeling and excellent storage stability, and capable of preventing adhesion (secondary adhesion) of the cosmetic onto clothes or the like, even to a cosmetic containing a polar oil.SOLUTION: In a cosmetic, a sugar compound is blended, which is obtained by reacting a hydroxyl group of a saccharide, an isocyanate group-containing organopolysiloxane represented by general formula (1), and an isocyanate group-containing organic compound represented by following general formula (2).
