PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus which enables a display state of an image displayed on a portable monitor to be easily changed by only changing a way to hold the portable monitor by an operator or moving the portable monitor, and enables the referred image to be displayed in a proper state at the time of making the imaging plan and performing treatment on a subject.SOLUTION: An X-ray CT apparatus 1 comprises: a portable monitor 2 which is connected in radio communication with a console 120 a position sensor 3 which detects the position of the portable monitor 2 and an angle sensor 23 which detects an angle. The console 120 acquires angle information of the portable monitor 2 and position information of a target portion, generates an MPR image of a cross section including the target portion and matching the angle of the portable monitor 2, and displays it on the portable monitor 2.
