PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection implement for medical use which is capable of preventing time and effort for calculation and calculation mistake from being generated when a necessary amount of dosage to a patient is measured from a pre-filled syringe, and a dosing system using this.SOLUTION: A first syringe 2a is connected for example, with a second syringe 2b in which a chemical liquid L is stored in advance. The first syringe 2a includes: an outer cylinder 21 on which an opening part 211 is formed and a connector 3 having a second port 6 connected with the second syringe 2b. The second port 6 includes: a needle tube 61 a covering member 62 formed of an elastic member covering the surrounding of the needle tube 61 and a protective member 63 forming a cylindrical shape and for covering the surrounding of the covering member 62.
