PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blowing type chemical-radiating device obtained by carrying out the miniaturization and weight-reduction of a device body, and pleasantly usable by allowing a user to wear the device on the body.SOLUTION: The blowing type chemical-radiating device is obtained by installing a wearing tool 2 in the device body 1 to allow the user to wear the device on the body by the wearing tool 2. An organic radical battery 3 is installed in the wearing tool 2 so that a blower 6 is driven by using the organic radical battery 3 as an electric source.
