PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a person to be cared feels pain or constraint on urination/defecation, taking a bath, getting away from a bed in a wheelchair or the like because a caregiver is too tied up to attend the person.SOLUTION: A bathtub, a toilet bowl with a warm-water cleaning toilet seat, and a wheelchair, these three equipments are serially provided in a central longitudinal direction of a bed. At least two of them are arranged under the bed so that a mat part on the center part of the bed could be electrically slid in the longitudinal direction by switch selection, which allows the person to be cared to be placed on the upper part of the bathtub/toilet bowl with the warm-water cleaning toilet seat/wheelchair respectively on taking a bath, urination/defecation, or moving in the wheelchair. A mechanism, which moves by operating an elevating platform on taking a bath, forms an opening on the central mat part so as to position a backside of the person to be cared on the toilet seat on urination/defecation, removes a seat of the wheelchair from the bed mechanism by elevating the seat with a wheelchair operation switch when getting away from the bed in the wheelchair, or the like are also provided.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】被介護人が排便排尿時、入浴時、車椅子でベッドを離れる時等に介護人が別の用件で手を取られ、すぐには対応できなく被介護人が苦痛を感じたり、遠慮を感じたりすることがある。【解決手段】ベッド中央長手方向直列にバスタブ、ウォッシュレット水洗便器、車椅子の3つの設備を具備し、少なくとも内2つ以上がベッド下に配置され、スイッチ選択で電動的にベッド中央部のマット部が長手方向にスライドし、入浴時にはバスタブ上部に、排便排尿時にはウォッシュレット便器上部に、車椅子使用時には車椅子上部に被介護人を配置できる構造とし、入浴時は昇降台の操作で、排便排尿時は中央マット間に開港を作り被介護人の尻を便器状に配置し、車椅子によりベッドを離れるときは車椅子操作スイッチで車椅子座部を上昇させることによりベッド機構からはずす等の機構を具備する。【選択図】図1
