The present invention relates to an aquaculture water treatment and oxygen increasing apparatus, mainly involving the use of a water flow generating device. Because flow channels within the water flow generating device have different diameters, a pressure difference can be generated to bring the outside air into the water and mix them uniformly for producing a large amount of fine bubbles, which are then transported and dispersed into the water through a distributed configuration of ducts. Also, the potential energy due to the difference between the inside and outside water level generated by this water flow generating device can be used to produce the DO (dissolved oxygen) phenomenon for facilitating nitrification, and the effects of filtering and optimizing the living environment for nitrobacteria in the device can be achieved by subjecting to cotton filters or biological filter, thus making the aquaculture pond to have a large area of dissolved oxygen and high dissolved oxygen efficiency, so that sufficient dissolved oxygen may exist in the pond bottom therefore, it is possible to transform the highly toxic ammonia nitrogen into nitric acid of low toxicity, delay the formation of hydrogen sulfide, and purify the water, so as to improve the survival rate of aquaculture and reduce aquaculture water consumption.
