The present invention relates to a porous acupuncture needle and a manufacturing method therefor and, more specifically, to: a porous acupuncture needle plated with porous needle-integrated noble metal nanoparticles, obtained by manufacturing a porous acupuncture needle having micro-sized or nano-sized holes formed on the surface of an acupuncture needle and having a maximized specific surface area, and then forming noble metal nanoparticles on the needle surface such as the inside and/or surrounding area of the holes of the porous acupuncture needle； and a method for manufacturing the same.La présente invention concerne une aiguille d'acupuncture poreuse et son procédé de fabrication et, plus précisément : une aiguille d'acupuncture poreuse plaquée de nanoparticules de métal noble intégrées à une aiguille poreuse, obtenue par fabrication d'une aiguille d'acupuncture poreuse ayant des trous de taille micrométrique ou nanométrique formés sur la surface d'une aiguille d'acupuncture et ayant une surface spécifique agrandie au maximum, puis par formation des nanoparticules de métal noble sur la surface de l'aiguille telle que la zone intérieur et/ou environnante des trous de l'aiguille d'acupuncture poreuse ； et son procédé de fabrication.본 발명은 침술용 다공성 침 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 구체적으로 설명하면, 침술용 침의 표면에 마이크로 크기 내지 나노 크기의 홀을 형성시킨 비표면적을 극대화시킨 침술용 다공성 침을 제조한 후, 상기 침술용 다공성 침의 홀 내 및/또는 홀 주변 등의 침 표면에 귀금속 나노입자를 형성시켜서 다공성 침과 일체화된 귀금속 나노입자가 도금된 침술용 다공성 침 및 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
