The present invention relates to a height-adjustable hygienic vomiting assist device which can minimize inconveniences caused due to heights and can be used more hygienically by means of a height adjusting function of a vomit receiver, thereby resolving the inconveniences that users having different heights may feel that a vomiting assist device is high or low in a conventional case.
