PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING BICARBONATE SALT, AND USE THEREOF AS A MEDICAMENT IN THE TREATMENT AND/OR PREVENTION OF URINARY LITHIASIS AND RELATED DISEASES
A solid oral pharmaceutical composition in the form of at least one tablet, the tablet consisting of a core comprising at least one bicarbonate salt as active ingredient and at least one prolonged-release matrix, and of a coating comprising at least one coating agent, said composition allowing continuous release in vivo over a period from after a quarter of an hour and up to twelve hours after taking a single dose, for use thereof as a medicament, in particular in the treatment and/or prevention of urinary lithiasis and related diseases, occurring at a physiological pH and/or during urinary acidosis and/or during hypobicarbonatemia and/or during hypocitraturia and/or during hypercalciuria and/or during hyperoxaluria.Composition pharmaceutique solide à usage oral sous forme d'au moins un comprimé, le comprimé étant constitué d'un cœur comprenant au moins un sel de bicarbonate en tant que principe actif et au moins une matrice à libération prolongée, et d'un enrobage comportant au moins un agent d'enrobage, ladite composition permettant une libération continue in vivo sur une durée d'après un quart d'heure et jusqu'à douze heures après la prise d'une dose unique, pour son utilisation comme médicament, en particulier dans le traitement et/ou la prévention des lithiases urinaires et des maladies liées, se manifestant à un pH physiologique et/ou lors d'acidose urinaire et/ou lors d'hypocarbonatémie et/ou lors d'hypocitraturie et/ou lors d'hypercalciurie et/ou lors d'hyperoxalurie.
