<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which achieves the induction of a feeling of inconsistency of kinesthesia in an arbitrary region of the body while a user is moving by combining the operation of somatesthesia with the presentation of visual information. <；P>；SOLUTION: When a limb movement detection means 11 detects the movement of the limbs of the user 200, a mechanical vibration stimulation generation section 31 generates a pattern of a mechanical vibration by setting prescribed vibration output time and outputs a signal based on the pattern from a mechanical vibration stimulation means 32.
