To provide a method for easily removing a metal core in a short time, and to provide a device to be used for the same.SOLUTION: In a pole screw type metal core removal device, a metal core is removed through a step of opening a hole in the metal core, fitting a tapping cutting blade into the hole, providing a self tooth body base on the self tooth, and rotating a head of a cap nut in a direction of the self tooth body base so as to insert it into the metal core, and by advancing while rotating a tightening nut in a direction of the self tooth body base and further rotating it on the base so as to raise the metal core and a pole screw.
