PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist generating device in which dew condensation does not occur in the vicinity of a blow port during a sterilization operation.SOLUTION: By driving a blower fan 14 at predetermined low rotational frequency during a sterilization operation for heating water in a water storage chamber 8 by a heating heater 16, even when the heated water is vaporized and rises to a blow port 2 being vapor, the vapor does not stay in the vicinity of the blow port 2 by blowing air of the blower fan 14. Therefore, dew condensation does not occur on an inner wall or a louver 3 configuring the blow port 2, so that a floor surface where a device body 1 is installed does not become wet. Also, as a part of a water supply pipe 19 is formed in a spiral manner and brought into contact with in an air blowing passage 15, when the water in the water storage chamber 8 which became vapor during the sterilization operation rises and passes inside the air blowing passage 15, it is condensed in the air blowing passage 15 and the dew condensation water drops into the water storage chamber 8, so that the water vapor does not rise to the vicinity of the blow port 2, and the floor surface where the device body 1 is installed does not become wet.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 除菌運転時に送風口の付近で結露することがないミスト発生装置を提供する。【解決手段】 貯水室8内の水を加熱ヒータ16で加熱する除菌運転時に送風ファン14を所定の低回転数で駆動させることで、加熱された水が気化して送風口2まで蒸気となって上昇しても、送風ファン14の送風によって蒸気が送風口2付近に溜まることがないため、送風口2を構成する内壁やルーバー3に結露せず、器具本体1が設置された床面を濡らすことがない。また、送風通路15に給水管19の一部を螺旋状に形成して接触さえたので、除菌運転時に蒸気となった貯水室8内の水が上昇して送風通路15内を通過すると、送風通路15内で凝縮して貯水室8内に結露水が落下するため、送風口2付近まで水蒸気が上昇せず、器具本体1が設置された床面を濡らすことがない。【選択図】 図7
