PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaerosol-type two-part foamy hair dye suppressed in irritating ammonia odor while having sufficient decoloring and dyeing power, and enabling hair dyeing to as-set hue without color unevenness even if using a solution mixed therewith with time elapsed from its mixing.SOLUTION: A two-part foamy hair dye comprises: a first agent containing an alkali agent a second agent containing hydrogen peroxide and a nonaerosol foamer vessel wherein, the components (A) to (C) described below are included in a mixed solution of the first and second agents, and the molar ratio of the component A to total dye precursor is 0.2-1 and the molar ratio C/B is 0.6-0.9.
