SOLUTION: The patient data management device is constituted to estimate the future blood index value of the patient on the basis of the blood index value obtained by the blood examination and the administration amount of the medicine administered to the patient, and includes a blood index value input means 1 by which the blood index value, obtained by the past blood examination of a specific patient, can be inputted with the elapse of time, a medicine administration amount input means 2 by which the past administration amount of the medicine administered to the specific patient can be inputted with the elapse of time, and a blood index value estimating means 3 capable of estimating the future blood index value of the specific patient from the correlation of the blood index value inputted by the blood index value input means 1 and the administration amount of the medicine inputted by the medicine administration amount input means 2.
