PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a function to reduce a physical burden imposed on a caregiver to a device that allows an elderly person or a person having walking difficulty to be transferred mutually between a vehicle and a wheelchair.SOLUTION: A connection board is connected between the seat surface of a wheelchair and a mount, attached in advance to a seat of a vehicle, so as to allow a legless chair, having a sliding means provided on the rear of its seat surface, to be movable on the connection board. The legless chair is mounted with a means to fix it to each of the seat surface of the wheelchair and the mount of the seat. As a result, it allows the legless chair, on which a person to be cared is seated, to be slidable mutually between the vehicle and the wheelchair with a small force. In addition, the wheelchair is imparted with a foldable structure, thereby allowing the wheelchair to be stored in a trunk or the like of the vehicle when not in use. Moreover, the wheelchair is configured so that an easily disassemblable and removable handle can be attached thereto in order to allow the person to be cared to drive the wheelchair on his/her own.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 高齢者や歩行が不自由な人を、自動車と車椅子の間で相互に移乗させることができる装置に、介護者の体力的な負担を軽減し得る機能を付与する。【解決手段】 車椅子の座面と、自動車の座席に予め取り付けられた台座との間に、連結板を接合し、その上を座面の裏側に摺動手段が設けられた座椅子を移動可能とする。該座椅子は、車椅子の座面及び座席の台座のそれぞれに固定する手段を取り付ける。これによって、被介護者が着座した状態の該座椅子を、小さな力で自動車と車椅子の間で相互にスライドさせることができる。また、該車椅子に折り畳み可能な構造を付与することにより、非使用時は自動車のトランクなどに収容可能とする。また、被介護者が自力で車椅子を運転するために、容易に解取り外しが可能なハンドルを取付可能とする。【選択図】図1
